Getting Started
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter your destination, travel dates, and any additional details. You can then start adding flights, accommodations, activities, and more to your itinerary.
Open your trip, then tap the relevant category (Activities, Dining, Lodging, Transportation, or Flights). Tap the "+" button to add a new item with all the details you need — timing, location, booking confirmations, and notes.
Yes! Tap on any item in your trip to view full details. You can edit information by tapping the edit button, or swipe left on an item to delete it.
Account & Sign-In
PlanIt uses Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In for secure, private authentication. Simply tap your preferred sign-in method and authorise with your credentials. Your trips are securely synced across all your devices.
Make sure you're using the same account you originally signed up with. If you're still having issues:
  • Check that your sign-in method is enabled in your device settings
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Restart the app and try again
  • If using Apple Sign-In, verify you're signed in to iCloud on your device
If problems persist, contact us at info@planitapp.org.
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent. Alternatively, contact us at info@planitapp.org to request account deletion. For more information refer to this documentation.
Trip Features
Yes! Once you've created and synced your trip, all details are available even without an internet connection — perfect for travelling abroad.
Yes! Open your trip, tap the share icon, and invite others by email. They'll be able to view and collaborate on the trip planning.
When adding activities, dining, or lodging, tap the location field to search for places. PlanIt uses Google Places to help you find and save accurate location information.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store:
  • Open the Settings app → tap your name → tap "Subscriptions"
  • Find PlanIt and manage or cancel your subscription
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your App Store subscription settings to stop being charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your PlanIt purchase, and request a refund.
Technical Support
Try these steps:
  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Update to the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart your device
  • Check your internet connection and available storage
If issues continue, contact us at info@planitapp.org.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices and have an active internet connection. If syncing issues persist, try signing out and back in.
If you're signed in with the same account, your data should automatically sync from our servers. Make sure you have an internet connection and are logged in with your original account (Apple ID or Google account).
