This page explains how you can delete your account and associated data from PlanIt – Your Travel Companion, developed by Lunex Studios.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your PlanIt account at any time using one of the following methods:

• In-App:
  Open the app → Profile → Delete Account
• Email Request:
  Send an email from your registered email address to
  info@planitapp.org
  with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is processed:

• Your account will be permanently removed
• Your email address, name, and all application data will be deleted
• You will no longer be able to access the App

We do not retain personal data after account deletion unless required by law.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.
